Love - You are the most precious and loved being in this world.
God loves people and wants them to live meaningful lives by giving them eternal life.
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him;” (Genesis 1:27)
God wants everyone to have eternal life.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
Sorrow - However, because people are separated from God, they cannot obtain eternal life and cannot live a meaningful life.
The Bible calls all those who have turned away from God sinners.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23)
It says that the result of sin is death and that after that comes eternal judgment.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
Hope - Like this, God sent Jesus Christ for those who have turned away from God. Through him, the relationship with God is restored.
Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again.
“that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures,” (1st Corinthians 15:3~4)
Therefore, he became the only way to God.
“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
Crossroad - I encourage you to make a major decision that will be a turning point in your life.
You must receive Jesus Christ as your Savior and your Lord.
“But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,” (John 1:12)
To receive is to believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord and to confess with your mouth.
“Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
“Father God, I believe Jesus Christ is my Savior who died on the cross for my sin, and receive him as my Lord.
I thank you for forgiving my sins, and giving me the eternal life. Please come to my heart, lead my life, and let me live according to your will.
I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”
